Minecraft Creeper Fingerless Gloves (Free Crochet Pattern)

Crochet Minecraft Creeper Fingerless GlovesAn easy peasy pattern that’s ready in a few short hours. Perfect for the Minecrafter in your life! This was a Christmas gift for my son last year. He was so excited to have these crochet Minecraft Creeper gloves that he wore them 24/7 for the rest of his visit!

Perfect for beginners, this pattern is worked in sc and can be completed in an evening. Use lime colored yarn for the head or- even better- green variegated yarn for a more realistic representation of the Creeper!

The pattern and design chart are included in the PDF linked below. If you make the gloves, I would love it if you shared a photo in the comments section. Happy crocheting!

    • Amireia,

Both the pattern and the chart are 40×40 stitches. I have the chart purposefully on it’s side (you begin at the bottom right corner and work your way left, turn, and continue right).

What is it that you are having problems with? I would be glad to help any way I can.

I apologize for the lateness of my reply.

  1. Please help, 1.are you carrying your yarn that your not using and 2. How do you make the hole for the thumbs, if your going back and forth how do you skip that stitch?

    • Hi Chris! Yes, I carry the unused yarn (tapestry crochet method).

When making the hole, ch 6 (or what it says in the pattern) and skip the same amount of st, attaching the ch with a sc crochet and continuing on. When I do the next row, I continue over the ch.

I hope that made sense. Let me know if you have any more questions.

    • Hello, Friend! You were supposed to skip those white stitches.

Alternatively, if you haven’t sewn the two sides together yet, you can make a thumbhole from those.

I’m beginning to see that my pattern isn’t terribly concise. I’m sorry for that! I will work on a better, more clearer pattern.
